CD reissue of the random rap classic 'Mental Fitness' by the Syracuse NY duo of Makeba & Skratch on GRR. Originally released in 1991, the album is an overlooked gem of layered samples and quality rhymes. The original CD is ridiculously hard to find - the reissue features 2 bonus tracks and is limited to 250 copies. Released in association with our friends at Dope Folk Records (who recently released the vinyl edition of the album).
